🎁 Mystery & Surprise Products


Please note that some of our products are mystery or surprise items — part of the magic is not knowing exactly what you'll receive! Because the element of surprise is a core part of the product experience, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on mystery items simply because of the contents received.


That said, your satisfaction matters to us, and we'll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

✅ When We Accept Returns & Refunds


We're happy to help if:


- Your item arrives damaged or broken

- Your order contains an incorrect item

- Your parcel is lost in transit


In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (or within 28 days if your parcel hasn't arrived). We'll ask for a photo of the issue where applicable, and we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever works best for you.

❌ Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


- Mystery/surprise products (due to the nature of the product)

- Digital downloads

- Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after receipt

- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

🔁 How to Request a Return or Refund

2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

3. Attach photos if your item is damaged or incorrect

4. We'll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps

💳 Refunds


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We'll send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

📦 Return Postage


If a return is required, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Return postage costs may be covered by us in cases of damaged or incorrect items. For other eligible returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
